Pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published on July 5, 2010, in the Official Gazette of the Federation, México Evalúa, Centro de Análisis de Políticas Públicas, A.C. (hereinafter, “México Evalúa, A.C.”), with registered address at Jaime Balmes 11, Building D, Suite 202, Col. Los Morales Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo District, Mexico City, C.P. 11510, Tel.: (55) 5985 0252, and email address info@mexicoevalua.org, is responsible for collecting Personal Data from individuals, for the use made thereof, and for its protection.
Some of the personal data and/or sensitive personal data collected may include information that affects the most intimate sphere of the data subject, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or pose a serious risk to the data subject.
By providing your Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data in writing, through a request made by audio or verbally, in paper format, digital format, by email, or through any other means of communication, you accept and authorize México Evalúa, A.C. to use and process the personal and sensitive data provided by you in an automated manner. Such data will become part of our database.
The processing of Personal Data shall have, including but not limited to, the following purposes: identification, location and contact; registration of entry to and exit from the facilities; registration in various databases depending on the nature of the relationship, whether as a contact, visitor, supplier, professional service provider, lessor, lessee, sublessor, sublessee, beneficiary, donor, sponsor, social service or professional internship provider, volunteer, or employee; preparation of contracts, agreements, arrangements, liability waivers, commitment letters, or other documents; preparation and integration of files depending on their nature; verification of the Data Subject’s information; completion of forms and/or documents; provision of the services, products and information requested; communication regarding changes thereto; integration and, where applicable, updating of a telephone directory of suppliers, professional service providers, lessors, lessees, sublessors, sublessees, beneficiaries, sponsors, donors, volunteers, among others; sending physical or electronic correspondence; creation of a register of beneficiaries, sponsors, donors or volunteers, as applicable; statistical purposes; study, analysis and research purposes; completion of image-use authorization forms; issuance of the corresponding Digital Tax Receipt (CFD); payment purposes; sending information to the Data Subject by the Association itself or by funders, governments or companies that support the Association; transfer to third parties when strictly necessary; as well as any other purpose analogous to those established herein.
For the purposes described above, México Evalúa, A.C. may collect and, where applicable, process the following personal data: first name(s), paternal surname, maternal surname, date of birth, place of birth, home address and/or office address and/or tax address, landline and/or mobile telephone number, email address, nationality, gender, marital status, occupation, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) number, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), professional career, university or school from which the individual graduated, professional license number, specialization, postgraduate studies, master’s degree, doctorate, university or school from which the individual graduated in their specialization, postgraduate, master’s or doctoral studies, credit or debit card number for donations, name of the banking institution, credit or debit card expiration date, branch number, bank account number, interbank CLABE number for deposits, among others.
Sensitive Personal Data may include racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, trade union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference.
Other personal data, whether sensitive or non-sensitive, may also be processed, even if not included in the lists above, provided that such data is considered to be of the same nature and is not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected.
The handling of your Personal Data shall be indefinite from the date on which you provide it. You may object to the processing of such data at any time you deem appropriate, in accordance with applicable law. If your objection request is deemed valid, México Evalúa, A.C. shall cease processing your Personal Data without assuming any liability in this regard.
The Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data of the Data Subject shall be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with the administrative, technical and physical security measures that México Evalúa implements through its security policies and procedures. Any unlawful disclosure is prohibited, and the use of such data by third parties shall be limited in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
By providing your personal and sensitive personal data to México Evalúa, A.C., you expressly acknowledge and accept the contents of this Privacy Notice in its entirety.
The data subject, meaning the individual to whom the personal and/or sensitive personal information refers, may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (the “ARCO Rights”) with respect to their personal data.
Likewise, the data subject may limit the use or disclosure of their personal data and revoke the consent previously granted for the processing of their personal data, provided that such processing is not necessary or does not arise from a legal relationship.
At any time, the Data Subject may revoke the consent previously granted to México Evalúa, A.C. for the processing of their Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data, so that the Association shall cease using such data.
The mechanisms implemented so that you may submit any questions or comments regarding this Privacy Notice or exercise the rights granted to you under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties are as follows: by telephone at (55) 5985 0252, extension 100/101, or by sending an email to info@mexicoevalua.org.
The request must include, without limitation, the following information:
a) The Data Subject’s full name, address, contact telephone number, email address, or other means through which a response to the request may be provided;
b) Documents proving the identity or legal representation of the Data Subject;
c) A clear and precise description of the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data that the Data Subject wishes to have rectified, or a request for cancellation of the processing of the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data previously provided, or the revocation of consent for the processing of their Personal Data, or an objection to such processing, so that México Evalúa ceases to use such data.
A response to the request shall be sent within a period not exceeding 15 (fifteen) business days from the date on which the Association receives the request.
México Evalúa, A.C. reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Notice, or any Privacy Notice previously made available, as it deems appropriate, for example, to comply with the provisions of applicable law, its regulations, or the requirements of the Association itself. Updated Privacy Notices shall be made available on the website https://mexicoevalua.org/.
The Personal Data provided to México Evalúa, Centro de Análisis de Políticas Públicas, A.C. shall be used solely in connection with services in accordance with the Privacy Notice available at https://mexicoevalua.org/.
By simply sending information to this email address, the sender authorizes México Evalúa, Centro de Análisis de Políticas Públicas, A.C. to process their Personal Data and transfer such data to third parties when strictly necessary for carrying out the activities in question.
The exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, disclosure and limitation of use may be carried out under the terms established in the Privacy Notice, by submitting a written request addressed to the Personal Data Protection Officer at the offices of México Evalúa, Centro de Análisis de Políticas Públicas, A.C., or by email to info@mexicoevalua.org.
Any modification made to this Privacy Notice shall be published on our website at https://mexicoevalua.org/.
All logos, trademarks, images, texts, color palettes or textures, and other elements protected by Copyright and Industrial Property Rights included in México Evalúa’s digital media are the exclusive property of México Evalúa, A.C., which holds all intellectual property rights thereto, as evidenced by the corresponding registrations.
The partial or total reproduction of the contents, images, and identifying features of the digital media accessed is strictly prohibited.
